Stretch Film

Ours is a fully automated 3-Layer cast film line having PLC controls which ensures consistency of film thickness so that the end user gets optimum yield of the product. The film is available in following variants as per the requirement from customers and is marketed under the brand name of Treiflex ®–

For MANUAL or MACHINE applications:
This is differentiated for strength. For machine application, more strength is required in film so it does not get torn.

With or without U.V.:
This U.V. masterbatch is used to avoid bad effects of sunlight on film & then product.

With or without V.C.I.:
VCI masterbatch is added to get Anti Rush properties in the film.

We can also supply the film in thickness from 15 microns to 50 microns, In terms of width 250 mm to 1000 mm. The film is mainly used for palletization purpose by automatic machines. Manual film is also used where there is low volume and no machines available. Film is also used for carton wrapping or product wrapping to make it waterproof / leak proof / dustproof etc. Other applications are Bundling, Collating, Wrapping, etc. Almost everyone who exports their goods and large distributors of packaging items can be large prospective customers.
