5-Layer CPP Barrier film
Cast barrier line is a state-of-art line; first time of its kind in SEA region for
producing 5 layer co-extruded barrier cast film of 2500 mm width. 5 extruders of
which one extruder for barrier resin (PA6,EVOH), and another four extruders each
having 5-6 components to run PP and PE.
Each extruder has 5 sub extruders.
Cloren’s gravimetric feeding with electronic system.
Auto Die system of EDI with automatic die lip adjustment for maintaining gauge.
Both side corona treatment by Sherman treater.
Kempf winder with auto film tension control and easy winding for such an wide film.
